Roby is seeking inspired caregivers for our school community who will plan, organize, and deliver high-quality instruction for our Cougar Cubs. Individuals must be knowledgeable of best practice strategies, willing to work collaboratively with co-teachers and team members, and open to implementing innovative programs that authentically engage learners at high levels.

An elementary teaching certificate or letter of eligibility (ex: Option 6 letter) is required.

Salary is based on the approved 2024-2025 Board-approved salary schedule. 

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE WAIVER: To expedite the hiring for this position, the district may apply for a waiver to prevent disruption of necessary instructional or support services (KRS 160.380).
