Candidate will be able to work well with others in the field of robotics. Candidate will help develop and maintain robotics programs and leagues at all schools in the Secondary Level.

The Bullitt County Secondary District Robotics Coordinator will:

1. Help promote, advise, and develop robotics programs at each Secondary Level School. This includes working with PLTW robotics courses and Vex Robotics.

2.. Direct/coordinate Bullitt County Robotics competition to be held annually.

3. Conduct two professional developments for our Bullitt County Robotics Coaches.

4. Coordinate in county robotics schedules amongst all robotics coaches.

5. Create a web page for the Bullitt County Robotics League.

• Site will have all related sites with resources and competition dates.
• Site will have show pictures from Bullitt County tournaments and out of county competitions.
• Site will have surveys for the Bullitt County Robotics League that will help give feedback on the development of robotics in Bullitt County.

5. Help develop and train robotics coaches as they need help throughout the school year through email, phone or in person through professional development.

6. Promote and participate in any robotics camps and coordinate with camp sponsors to expand participation, recruit and provide support to robotics coaches and communicate with media to promote robotics program in Bullitt County.

7.  Complete other duties assigned.
