Candidate for this instructional assistant position will work with certified teachers to do the following:

• provide instruction individually or in small groups
• help monitor behaviors with the teacher
• work with all staff collaboratively to ensure student progress
• collect data to discuss student progress

Must have 48 semester hours, an Associates Degree or pass the paraeducator assessment exam.

This is a 6.5 hour per day, 185 day per year position.

Employees new to the District may bring in up to three years full time verified experience in a similar position.  (Step 3 is $13.12 per hour)
