Prepare, cook, bake and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school site; assist in other food preparation duties as directed; maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition; train and provide work direction to others.
Selected candidates will be filling in for cook/bakers and managers who are absent from their daily job and must be willing to travel to each of the district's 23 schools as assigned by the School Nutrition Director or his office.
Must have High School diploma or equivalent with willingness to obtain School Food Service Level I Certification within 40 days of starting position.
This is a 5 hour per day, 179 day per year position.
Employees new to the District may bring in up to ten years full time verified experience in a similar position. (Step 10 is $14.03 per hour) |
