Assistant will work with certified teachers 3 hours during the school day to provide instruction/intervention to individual or small groups; monitor and report student progress.
3 hours a day on scheduled school days/5 days a week/170 days. Hours are flexible, but must include 1 hour either before school or 1 hour after school to fulfill our ESS funding.
48 college hours or associate's degree or high school diploma and passed the para-educator exam.
-Proficient in leading small group reading interventions.
-Oranized in order to ensure proper monitoring and reporting of student progress.

Employees new to the District may bring in up ten years full time verified experience in a similar position. (Step 10 is $15.57 per hour)
