Crossroads Elementary School is seeking two highly qualified Title I instructional assistants to for the 2020-21 school year. The position is 3 hours per day on student instructional days for 170 days. 

Hours of positions will be:

-  (1) assistant 9:00am - noon,

Requirements:

48 college hours or associate's degree or high school diploma and passed the para-educator exam.

-Proficient in leading small group reading interventions.

-Oranized in order to ensure proper monitoring and reporting of student progress.

-Positive attitude.

-Demonstrates strong work ethic including attendance and punctuality.

-Cooperative.

-Patient.

-Flexible.

-Team player.

-Demonstrates the ability to follow directions of principal and instructional coach.

-Willingness to support the Leader in Me and PBIS expectations.

Employees new to the District may bring in up to ten years full time verified experience in a similar position.  (Step 10 is $15.57 per hour)
